Floral Watercolour Workshop with Amy Perkins

Spend the day amongst some beautiful blooms learning the techniques used to create stunning floral watercolour paintings. Textile Designer Amy Perkins will guide you through some of the processes she uses to paint flowers using shapes and colours inspired by nature.  With loose strokes and bleeding colours you will produce multiple studies and vignettes and perhaps even come away with a piece to frame and hang.  Within the perfect surroundings of the Walled Garden you are sure to feel inspired and encouraged to let loose your creative side whilst meeting some like minded folk and learning lots of skills for future painting sessions.

For adults and over 16s, beginners and all abilities welcome, all materials provided but please bring a picnic lunch.
