The story starts with an accident that causes a car break down. At the garage the mechanic observes a man he believes he knows from an horrific period in his past. This leads to a bizarre, sometimes comical and ever-widening series of events with a tense finale. Filmed in secret in Iran, it shows tyranny and corruption, but also how people are attempting to get on with their everyday lives.
