Easter Extravaganza 2026 - Fun for all the Family!

Dates: 30th March, 31st March and 1st April 2026 - Junior Easter Orchestra Course - Gloucestershire Academy of Music

This course is designed for strings, brass, wind and percussion players aged 5-18, playing at Grades 1-5.

Dates: 1st, 7th and 8th April - Kids' Easter / Beltane Craft Workshop - The Folk of Gloucester

Join our resident textiles artist Ally Goff in a two-hour session making three high-quality springtime objects including:
Green Man felt mask
Leaping hare mobile
Fuzzy butterfly hair clip / decoration

Dates: 2nd April - CountryTastic - Three Counties Showground, Malvern

CountryTastic returns this Easter with an exciting day of hands-on activities for young children. This year’s theme is “Hold your Horses” and visitors can expect an extra exciting equine extravaganza.

Dates: 2nd April - Rabbit Ranch at Countrytastic - Three Counties Showground

Cheltenham Animal Shelter returns to the Rabbit Ranch, showcasing our rescued rabbits and highlighting the responsibilities of pet ownership. The whole family can enjoy interactive activities centred around this year’s theme. Our knowledgeable team will also be available to offer expert advice on how to care for these lovable pets.

Dates: 5th April - Bibury Antiques and Vintage Fair

The Fair takes place one Sunday a month from April to November from 10.00am to 4.00pm and entry is free.

Dates: 8th to 14th April 2026 - Cheltenham Art Club Spring Exhibition - Gardens Gallery Montpellier Gardens

This is a great venue for club members to showcase their work and an opportuniy for people to enjoy the work on display. We constantly have new people joining the club and therefore the type of work on exhibiton is constantly changing.

From the star of Gifford’s circus comes a gloriously silly, laugh-out-loud spectacular for everyone aged 3 to 103. Expect a whirlwind of clowning, comedy, mischief and mayhem as Tweedy’s world teeters on the edge of delightful disaster.

Dates: Sunday 12th April 2026 - National Star Sunrise Walk 2026

Our sponsored Sunrise Walk sets off from Ullenwood, Cheltenham, at 5.40am on Sunday 12 April 2026. There are two routes, a 13k route and a 3k route suitable for people with limited mobility, those using sturdy electric powered wheelchairs or children and pushchairs. Parking and registration open from 5am.

A lovely evening of laughter and playfulness, bringing together varied acts from the UK scene.

Dates: Mon 27th April - A Gala Charity Night of Theatre with Derek Jacobi

Join us for a glittering evening with stage and screen icon Sir Derek Jacobi, and many others, for a fundraising gala production in aid of the Everyman Theatre’s brand-new Education Centre at Grove Street.
