A modern approach to Pilates. Precise and controlled low impact exercises to improve strength, mobility, stability and performance and also to reduce the risk and/or severity of injury. A focus on strengthening the deep core muscles and providing support and mobility to the spine, Pilates is also shown to help with many causes of lower back pain.
I instruct Pilates as I suffered with back pain which stopped me doing the things I wanted to do. Pilates brought me through this and enabled me to train and play rugby again, so I became a teacher.
Zoom classes all are £4 each.
