**HOME-FROM-HOME ADOPTION**

We are looking for a special home who can take these two adorable rabbits before their owner has to move home in December. Peggy was adopted from us in 2019 and went to live with Sven who is now her best friend in the world.

Peggy and Sven have lived indoors for most of their lives, enjoying time in the garden during the summer. They would like to remain indoor rabbits as their coats will not be able to keep them warm outside. Because they need to live indoors, we can’t bring them to the Shelter to be rehomed as we have very limited indoor space for small animals.

This is what their owner says about them:

Peggy
“I have had Peggy for about four years now and she has blossomed. She’s always been a little nervous and cautious of people but the more time I’ve spent with her the more I’ve realised how loving she really is. She will flop down pretty much anywhere, and you might even catch her in the middle of a dream (which is super cute) and now and then she does enjoy a little head scratch. She is very food orientated so will hop over if she hears the treat bag. She is the most relaxed bunny I’ve ever known, but at the same time if you give her the space, she will jump and hop around like a loon!”

Sven
“I have had Sven for about five years now and I can’t describe how much he has helped me. When I first got him at only a few weeks old, I spent hours sitting in his cage. It took a few hours of me sitting in silence for him to come and lay down next to me. Since that day he has been the most affectionate and inquisitive bunny I’ve ever known. Once he gets to know you, he will happily have scratches for hours, and will kindly return the favour with plenty of licks. He is also massively food orientated so will climb all over you if it means he gets a treat!”
