Having recently moved the privately owned restaurant from Montpellier in Cheltenham to the Gloucester Road near Staverton, owner Sumayiah (Sammy) Badat, with her 15 years experience of running the Chelsea Brasserie, has now taken on a 47 room hotel under the Ramada franchise brand, all in the same building.

 

 

This is ideal for anyone needing accommodation after a party in the large function room, or for when visiting family and friends in the Gloucester and Cheltenham area.

The restaurant and hotel has a very large free car park, making a welcome change from the restrictions of town centres.

 

The Restaurant

 

The restaurant and bar has a welcoming ambience, with good food and attentive service, providing a relaxed dining experience. The large bar also serves as an extended lounge for hotel guests but is fully open to non residents all day. A perfect place for co-working with a coffee.

 

The Bar

 

Business breakfasts are a speciality, since the restaurant is open from 7am until 10am, or 11am by arrangement.

 

The Full English Breakfast

 

Lunch is served from 12 till 2pm and dinner from 5pm till 9pm. The bar remains open until 12pm.

All bookings for the restaurant are taken over the phone or by email, adding a very personal touch. Many existing customers dine again and again not only for the excellent quality of food and wines, but the welcome Sammy provides.

Chelsea Bar & Brasserie welcomes anyone needing business meeting space, where we can accommodate up to 30 seated in the Gloucester Room, or 120 seated in our main function room with its large performance stage.
