A new exhibition by local artist Anita Saunders. A Country Life, brings a vibrant celebration of the British countryside to the Corinium Museum Gallery, showcasing a rich variety of work inspired by birds, animals and rural living.
Drawing on her Cotswold childhood and lifelong appreciation of native wildlife, Anita presents a collection that spans original oil paintings, lino and screen prints, and handmade soft furnishings. Her work is characterised by a distinctive use of colour, pattern and texture, often combining observational detail with decorative design.
A Country Life captures the character and beauty of familiar wildlife, offering visitors an opportunity to reconnect with the everyday pleasures of the natural world through thoughtfully crafted and visually engaging work.
The exhibition runs from 3rd July to 2nd August at the Corinium Museum Gallery (free admission to Museum Gallery and Shop).
