Free lantern making workshop

Venue: The Folk of Gloucester, 99-103 Westgate Street, GL1 2PG

In preparation for Gloucester Lantern Parade on the 15th of November, come and learn how to make your own lantern in this free drop-in workshop with local artist Ally Goff. This year’s theme is community as a superpower, so we’ll be making adorable ant lanterns (or ‘ant-erns’!) from upcycled drinks bottles. Take your lanterns home or bring them to the procession! Suitable for ages 16+.

Workshop times:
Tuesday 28th October 1:30 - 3:30pm
Saturday 1st November 11am-4pm
