Discover the history, mysteries and hidden stories of St Laurence Church through a new heritage trail for all ages. Explore the Grade II* listed building, uncover fascinating features, and share the stories and questions that capture your imagination. The trail forms part of the St Laurence Restored: Protecting Stroud’s Historic Heart project, supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, helping shape future storytelling and interpretation within the church. Younger visitors can also enjoy a special “cheeky church mouse” trail. Free drop-in sessions with the interpretation team will take place on Wednesday 27 May (11am–3pm) and again on Saturday 6 June (10am–1pm). The trail is also available during normal church opening hours, services and events.
