Two brothers with a very different approach to this classical form....Joseph Haydn's Nelson Mass - often cited as his most important work and Michael Haydn's Requiem - some say this was the inspiration for Mozart's Requiem after he and his father attended the first performances.

Stroud Choral Society with the Bristol Ensemble conducted by Simon Bell and with soloists Emma Brain-Gabbott, Juliet Curnow, Paul Badley and Julian Empett.
