The Big Blast 2026

Bookings are now open for our annual two-day February half term orchestral project for wind, percussion and brass players. A chance to not only sharpen your musical skills but also the opportunity to showcase your talent in a group performance in the historic Blackfriars Priory.

The project runs from 18 -19 February 2026 is designed for young musicians aged 5 to 18, from Grade 1 to post-Grade 8.

18- 19 February 2026

• Day 1 - Dean Close Senior School, Cheltenham GL51 6HE
• Day 2 - Barbican House, Gloucester, GL1 2JF
• Concert - 17 February 3pm, Blackfriars Priory, Gloucester GL1 2HN

9:30- 4pm each day

The course cost is £60
