Good afternoon,
Join us and keep active at our weekly exercise and lunch club.
Balls of Energy exercise and lunch club is formed after a need in the community for an age-friendly exercise class and most importantly company for our elderly.

Join us with Amanda and the rest of the activity team for seated exercises proven to improve mobility and strength to mobility and independent living for longer. Attendees can also stay for a free sandwich lunch and coffee afterwards.
