Italian biscuits and small pastries class with Giuseppe Dell’Anno

Bake a selection of traditional, authentic Italian biscuits and cookies with Giuseppe Dell'Anno, winner of The Great British Bake Off 2021.

You will get a batch of Pizzicotti (soft almond and clementine cookies) ready for our elevensies. You will explore the all-Italian tricks for producing the crumbliest and prettiest shortbread with Canestrelli. Then you will practice your piping skills to shape traditional Pasticcini (dainty and beautiful butter pastries). You will bake the quintessentially Tuscan (and irresistible) treats that are Brutti ma buoni (hazelnut meringue cookies) and finally enjoy the mind-blowing experience of dipping Cantucci (almond and pistachio biscuits) in sweet wine, to end the day on an exotic note.

All in the purpose-built, spacious and fully equipped venue of The Foodworks Cookery School, in the heart of the Cotswolds.
