We like to think we do two things pretty well here at the Subs: music & food! So we've put our heads together to create the perfect combination of both. We'll be serving delicious street food from around the world that you can enjoy in our lovely Central Bar & Kitchen or take upstairs to Jam's Jam. We recommend booking a table via our website if you wish to eat in Central.
This month we have the delicious food of Cambodia. Vegetarian options available.

Menu
- Lort Cha. One of the most popular street foods in Cambodia. A stir-fried dish consisting of 'Lort,' which is short-fat rice noodles with bean sprouts, chinese broccoli, and chives. This popular Khmer street food is typically prepared on a food cart in a large stir-fried pan. Generally, it is cooked with beef and topped with a fried egg. For flavour, Lort Cha is traditionally served with a thick red sauce which is sweet and spicy. Choose from vegetables, or beef stir fry topped with a fried egg.
