Lynsey, our Chef, is passionate about cooking with great quality produce from local suppliers to create food experiences that bring people together.

Starter: Nepalese Momo

A Nepalese version of a fried and steamed dumpling. Traditionally vegetable based and served with chilli, yoghurt and fresh vegetable pickles.

Main: Thukpa is a noodle dish served widely.

The base is a bone broth (or vegetarian stock) in which the noodles are cooked. It is then topped with a selection of fresh vegetables, served with either a mix of chicken and pork or tofu and mushrooms with a side of traditional tomato and chilli Achar - a very spiced chutney that allows everyone to temper their own level of fire to the dish.
