Our Pop-up Restaurants bring the rich and diverse flavours of the world to Stroud. From Nepal to Croatia, we’re celebrating delicious food from different cultures. This week we're heading to Mexico...

Lynsey, our Chef, is passionate about cooking with great quality produce from local suppliers to create food experiences that bring people together.

Choose from spiced beef or mixed bean, this is a fresh flavoured burrito bowl layered with warm spiced beef or beans, roasted tomato, red onion and wilted spinach, nutty brown rice, creamy avocado, topped with greek yoghurt and a fresh rocket and balsamic salad. Served with a side of chilli sauce if you want some fire added!
