Join Rose for a deeply relaxing Crystal Bowl and Gong Bath at Sunny Devi Yoga.

As we settle into the slower pace of life, like nature, the grounding tones of the sound vibration will help us gently move to a more relaxed and meditative state of being. Tuning inwards allows us to become the listener, leaving the busyness of daily life so we can begin and make space to reconnect with ourselves.

During this sound bath, the gong will be at the heart of the grounding journey; its deep, resonant tones helping to calm and soften both mind and body. The soothing frequencies of crystal bowls and light language will create a gentle, balancing space for relaxation and integration.

Each person’s experience is uniquely personal - some may journey inward and receive insight, while others may feel deeply relaxed, centred, and calm.

We are looking forward to holding and sharing this sacred space with you…

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any props, such as pillows and blankets to keep warm for the duration of the practice. There are mats available for use but you’re very welcome to bring your own if you wish.​
