Take a deep dive to unpack what is blocking your confidence at work. Understand what imposter syndrome is. Identify your inner critic & learn how to manage them. Discover your wonderful inner champion and learn how to use them effectively to guide you.

You will learn how to face situations with bravery and courage to elevate your position in your organisation so you are finally:

Heard and seen for your work and your value Confidently asking questions, running meetings and even leading teams & projects. Bravely requesting promotions and pay rises to climb your career ladder to get the role you really want. Calmly coping with difficult conversations, tricky situations and setbacks.

You will walk away with a strong sense of who your brave inner self really is at work with a bespoke confidence toolkit to help you navigate your career and make the right decisions for yourself & your career and ultimately shut your inner voice up!

When: Wed 1st May; 5.30pm arrival drinks, 6pm - 8pm workshop
Where: The Isbourne Centre, 2 Wolseley Terrace, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50 1TH
Who: Anyone who wants to boost their confidence at work and in their career.
What: Drinks on arrival, 2 hours of expert career confidence coaching, your Overcome Your Imposter Syndrome workbook & a special VIP coaching offer!
How: Book for FREE!  However, places are limited to 10 participants to ensure you get the most from the session.

For this class, you will need to bring your own:

Bottle of water Pen and Paper to take notes

Unfortunately, we are unable to supply any for the foreseeable future

Kate will be providing wine and soft drinks at this event

Please note: Upon booking, your name and email address will be passed to Kate in order for her to send you an intro email for the workshop.

This session is free to attend, available at no cost to you, however, if you would like to donate towards the workshop please do. If you do not wish to donate, please put a 0 (zero) in the donation box.

Drop-ins can not be accommodated at this time so please book in advance.
