Are you a parent, carer, or professional in a supporting role who feels emotionally drained from always being there for others? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to carry it alone.

Join us for one of our intimate retreats, which include 6-8 people and are hosted by Emma, Mandie or Sair. The day retreat is designed to help you unwind, build resilience, and rediscover your inner calm whilst helping to interrupt the signs of compassion fatigue through Mindfulness and Havening, a psycho-sensory technique.
