Gluten-free Italian sweets class with Giuseppe Dell'Anno

Bake authentic Italian cakes, biscuits and sweet treats, all inherently and naturally gluten-free with Giuseppe Dell'Anno, winner of The Great British Bake Off 2021.

 

 

You will start off with a Neapolitan classic: torta Caprese, an aromatic cake made with almonds and chocolate. You will prepare some Pasticcini al caffè (chewy coffee cookies) for your elevensies, then bake a glistening Torta ricotta e frutti rossi (berries and ricotta cake).

 

 You’ll then travel to Siena with a batch of festive Ricciarelli (soft almond cookies), and finally you will treat yourselves with Croccante, the unmissable Italian treat found in all village fairs.
