Join Rose from Crystal Sounds on this very special day celebrating Mother Earth as she gently awakens after her long winter rest.

Rose will guide you through sounds allowing to hold space for every person to honour the nature element Earth. We welcome with abundance the feelings of patience, nurturing and grounding. Take this opportunity to find relaxation on this immersive journey of Spring Equinox crystal bowl soundbath.

This elemental soundbath will begin with a few minutes of guided shamanic drumming, supporting deep grounding and anchoring into the root chakra. From there, you’ll be guided into a crystal bowl soundbath infused with connecting light language, alongside the rich, earthy tones of her Tibetan bowls. Together, these sound energies support balance, presence, and reconnection with the natural world.

This experience is open to anyone seeking greater wellbeing, grounding, and a deeper connection with Mother Earth, or simply wishing to rest in the beauty of healing frequencies and deep relaxation.

Each person’s experience is uniquely personal - some may journey inward and receive insight, while others may feel deeply relaxed, centered, and calm.

We are looking forward to holding and sharing this sacred space with you…

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any props, such as pillows and blankets to keep warm for the duration of the practice. There are mats available but you’re very welcome to bring your own if you wish.
