Usher in Summer in the perfect way with our 7 week Sunday Soul Sanctuary! Starting Sunday 5th June, 7-8pm, taking place every Sunday for 7 weeks at the beautiful Ella and Fleur Hot Yoga studio in Cheltenham.

Awaken and align your mind, body and soul with our unique 60 minute sessions which combines Vinyasa flow yoga, Master level Reiki and a wonderful detoxing heat, designed to ease stiff muscles and assist the body to sweat and release excess. All levels, even beginners welcome.

 

 

Sessions are inspired by my training in the beautiful shores of Goa, India and are designed to strengthen your breath work and physical body, cleanse your energetic field and restore balance to the chakras and physical body.

Prepare to sweat away stagnant energy, detox overload and overwhelm. Clear the mind and build back a leaner, fitter and more balanced body. Please bring a towel, water and mat to every session.
