Have you ever wondered about what your dreams may be trying to tell you?  Dreams can be a window into the unconscious mind, which often influence our lives in ways we are not aware of.  Dreams can give insight into patterns, sometimes unhelpful, that we constantly repeat - and can give clues into the reasons why we do this.  Awareness of these patterns can increase our freedom to make choices in our lives.

Explore the mysteries and messages of your dreams in a group setting, and help others to do the same.  Working together allows us to help each other to stimulate ideas around the bizarre or obscure symbolic images that often appear in dreams.

Jane is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist who has had an interest in dreams for many years and has studied theories around dreams and methods of understanding them.  She continues to use them in her work with clients.

Jane is offering this as a free session, and plans to run monthly sessions on the subject of 'Working with Dreams' in the future. Keep an eye out for those on our website.

You are welcome to include a donation when you book, or to attendee for free please put a 0 (zero) in the donation box.
