Come and join me at the gorgeous Bloom Studio Cheltenham for a morning rise Vinyasa yoga class.
All you need is your beautiful and worthy selves 🙂

 

This class will see us link postures together in 'flowing' sequences learning to work with our breath and finding our own pace. We will practice stamina, balance, flexibility and strength as well as seeking to calm and still the mind.
