FEEL GOOD GLOUCESTER

This is a fantastic opportunity to take a moment and recharge before the busy summer begins. With Yoga classes taking place from 12-1pm and 2-2:45pm along with Zumba from 1-2pm and 3-4pm it’s a great chance to take some me time and relax with friends.

Not only will there be classes but there will also be a variety of stalls focusing on healthy living, spiritual readings and much more. Booking isn't required for any of the classes so just come along with your yoga mat, don’t worry if you haven’t got one there will be some available to use on the day. We look forward to seeing you there.
