The Making of Feminine Majesty designed to reframe, resource and reclaim your menopause journey.

About: Whilst there is much to be grateful for in the growing recognition of the challenges of menopause, there is also a deeper, more nuanced narrative waiting to be explored.
A narrative for this reformative time that:
• restores menopause as a rightful and natural life transition
• speaks to its psychological, spiritual and systemic undercurrents
• supports the emergence of wisdom, clarity, purpose and wholeness
• enables an expanded, confident, easeful evolution of self.

Who? Beneficial for women in their 40’s and beyond, but is not age specific. Anyone entering perimenopause, in the menopause transition or post-menopausal. It is for those needing time to reflect and integrate and make sense of this stage of life.

What? Drawing on the spirit and crafts of the Muses – you’ll work with images, poetry, story and embodied practice to help you connect with your own menopause muse: your inner source of wisdom and knowing. Through Guided Meditation, being in nature, journaling, sense-making and Self-care, amongst other things.
It is an exploration beyond the medical model of menopause, into the archetypal and psychological stages of this transition. And will help you foster skills, community, insight, and grounded self-leadership for the journey ahead.

Where? Hosted in the beautiful, tranquil environment of Calcot Manor & Spa, creating a calm, respectful and trustworthy space. You will feel deeply taken care of in this nurturing day.
