Tony came to Gloucestershire to open the National Waterways Museum. Now retired, he volunteers with Gloucester Civic Trust and researches and gives talks on local subjects. He is currently working to ensure Gloucester celebrates the bicentenary of the Gloucester and Berkeley Canal.
