Shearing at Cotswold Farm Park

Cotswold Farm Park

Dates: 28th May to 5th June 2022

Venue: Cotswold Farm Park

The sheep at Cotswold Farm Park are getting rather woolly and with warmer weather on the way, it’s time to relieve them of their winter coats!

Shearing demonstrations will be taking place every day at 12.00pm - 1.00pm in the Animal Barn throughout May half term, so visitors can learn all about the shearing process and the superb qualities of wool.

May half term is the perfect time to get outdoors and meet a variety of rare breed farm animals. Learn about the ancient Soay sheep, the giant Suffolk Punch horse or the spotty Gloucestershire pig. Little farmers can also explore a wide range of exciting outdoor and indoor play, before choosing a delicious meal to tuck into at the various food outlets available across the site.
