Puppy Yoga

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting our first ever puppy yoga classes!

Sessions are an hour long and consist of puppy cuddles and around 45mins of gentle yoga for beginners.

Benefits of puppy yoga include:
Good for de stressing and a boost of serotonin
Helps socialise our rescue pups
The classes will take place at:

Whitminster village hall, School Ln, Whitminster, Gloucester GL2 7NN

10 spaces per class, pre-booking is required via our tickets page: https://teckelsanimalsanctuaries.co.uk/tickets/

Please wear something comfortable to move around in and also remember that our puppies are young and might have the occasional accident so it’s advised to bring a change of clothes just in case.

Don’t worry if you’ve never done yoga before. The sessions are suitable for complete beginners. If you don’t want to participate in some of the exercises and just play with the puppies, that’s absolutely fine.

All funds raised will help save our centre 🐾
