The Gloucester Mind Body Spirit Show is bigger and better than ever. Its now a 2-day event, at Blackfriars, in the city centre, Gloucester's top events venue. The show has been moved from its previous venue, Gloucester Guildhall.

At this event, you can speak to one of our holistic, spiritual or self-help experts. Have a massage, some Reiki or reflexology. Its World Healing Day on Saturday 29th, so we'll be celebrating that, too
Or if you prefer, you can have a look through our retail stands for something that will help you relax – candles, crystals, pamper and wellbeing products and much more!

If you want some insights into your future or past, why not try a 1-1 reading from one of our team of top local, national and international readers.

And if you’re feeling pretty good at the moment, why not take a day out for yourself and enjoy the positive energy and great vibe with family, good friends and likeminded people.

We also have a full programme of over 30 talks, workshops and demos – free with entry, where you can get information and insights into yourself, your wellbeing, the world around you and your Universe.
