PATA Pocket-Sized: Supporting Positive Behaviour

This 90 minute session will focus on the positive side of behaviour, common behaviour we see in young children and supporting parents and meeting the children's needs. This will look at the updates in the EYFS 2024 terminology and how you can develop effective practices, policies and procedures and record keeping in your setting. The latter part of the course looks at ideas to implement to bring calm and support children with their feelings and emotions in the environment.

Please be aware that PATA Pocket Sized sessions are an insight to the subject topic and given the short time, inevitably, we won't be able to cover everything.  If more in-depth training is required then we may be able to offer this if there is enough interest or as a bespoke course for you.  Also, please be mindful that these sessions can be fast paced with lots of information contained within them to ensure you get the most out of the hour and a half session.

Suitable For: Any Early Years Practitioners, Teaching Assistants and Reception Teachers

• Please note zoom invitations will be sent out 24 hours before the course/meeting starts. We are unable to send out zoom invitations until your invoice has been settled. Payment is required within 7 days of the invoice date or 24 hours before a course/meeting starts (whichever is sooner).
• If payment cannot be made within this timeframe then please email training@pataglos.org.uk to agree an extension to your payment deadline, otherwise, your place on the course may be cancelled.
